The Understory is not a networking group or a professional development program. It is a space to root deeper, think more honestly about what you want, and build alongside other women who are asking the same questions. Members include women in full-time roles thinking about how to work differently, those exploring independent work or consulting, seasoned solopreneurs looking for renewal, and anyone in a liminal space: pausing, caregiving, or holding real questions about what comes next.
